We always aim for the rehabilitation and reintegration of people with disabilities into the community by raising public awareness of the inherent value of every human being, and by building a holistic and interconnected human foundation so that the Vietnamese nation becomes healthier, safer, and more sustainably developed every day.

Within the scope of this article, I would like to once again reassess the issue of community integration for people with mobility disabilities in Cao Thang ward in particular, and in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, as well as the whole country in general, so that we can all look at what has been achieved and what has not; from there, we can draw lessons learned and make timely adjustments and changes. I am confident that, with the growing team of experienced professors and doctors in the field of social work, as well as the attention of the Party and the State, and the correct understanding of the community, in the coming years, the issue of community integration for people with mobility disabilities in Cao Thang ward in particular and throughout the country in general will soon achieve successful results.

11. Practical applications:

Through practical research, the student's thesis presents and affirms the important role of social work. It particularly emphasizes the necessary needs, duties, and responsibilities of social workers towards vulnerable groups. Simultaneously, it proposes several methods to improve the effectiveness of individual social work for people with mobility disabilities in Cao Thang Ward, Ha Long City; and subsequently develops a professional social work system at the same level.

Broken but not wasted – a short sentence stated by President Ho Chi Minh had a positive thought, a beautiful high humanism, meaning to motivate people to strive in all difficult circumstances, especially hazardous groups in society in which consists of Handdicaped people who are disabled on hands and feet, their mind their minds still aware and normal learning here is that kindness of Vietnam in the new Time. We always aim to recover and integrate Handicapped based on the community by the raising awareness in the public about the value of whoever, as well as aiming to build a comprehensive, well-being and sustainable development.

In the framework of this article, once again I want to reassess the issue of community integration for Handicapped Peope in Cao Thang ward of Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province in particular as well as in the whole country general speaking to review what we have done and have not done; from these to have lessons learned and have the revised and make changes on time. I believe that, with a team of experienced professors, doctors in the social work sector on the development process as well as the interest of the Party-Government, the perception of the community on the issue of intergaration for Handicaped people in the coming years in Cao Thang ward in particular and in the whole country in general will achieve successful results soon.

Through empirical research, the thesis presented and pressed confirmed roles of the social work. Especially, it emphasizes on the essentials needs as well as duties and responsibilities of social workers to vulnerable groups. It also privides some methods to improve the effectiveness of individual social work for handdicaped people in Cao Thang Ward, Ha Long city; then it is developed into a professional social work system at the same grounds.
