Disabled but not useless - a short saying of President Ho Chi Minh
demonstrated positive thinking, a noble and meaningful humanism.
Supporting and encouraging people to strive in all difficult circumstances, especially for disadvantaged groups in society, including the disabled, which here is the group of disabled people who are active because they only have disabilities in their hands and feet, but their minds can still perceive and study normally, this is also the noble humanitarianism of Vietnam in the new era.

We always aim at the rehabilitation and integration of PWDs into the community by raising public awareness of the noble value of every human being, as well as aiming at building a comprehensive and solidarity humanism so that the Vietnamese people can become healthier, more peaceful and develop sustainably every day.

Within the framework of this article, I would like to once again review the issue of community integration for PWDs in Cao Thang ward in particular and in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province as well as the whole country in general so that we can look at what has been done and what has not been done; from there, draw lessons and make timely adjustments and changes. I firmly believe that, with a team of experienced Professors and Doctors in the increasingly developing social work sector as well as the attention of the Party - State, and the correct awareness of the community, in the coming years, the issue of community integration for PWDs in Cao Thang ward in particular and the whole country in general will soon achieve good and successful results.

11. Practical application:

Through practical research, the student's thesis presents and affirms the important role of the social work industry. Particularly emphasizing the necessity as well as the duties and responsibilities of social workers towards vulnerable groups. At the same time, it proposes a number of methods to improve the effectiveness of individual social work for people with mobility disabilities in Cao Thang Ward, Ha Long City; then develop a professional social work system at the same level.

Broken but not wasted – a short sentence stated by President Ho Chi Minh had a positive thought, a beautiful high humanism, meaning to motivate people to strive in all difficult circumstances, especially hazardous groups in society in which consists of Handdicaped people who are disabled on hands and feet, their mind their minds still aware and normal learning here is that kindness of Vietnam in the new Time. We always aim to recover and integrate Handicapped based on the community by the raising awareness in the public about the value of whoever, as well as aiming to build a comprehensive, well-being and sustainable development.

In the framework of this article, once again I want to reassess the issue of community integration for Handicapped Peope in Cao Thang ward of Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province in particular as well as in the whole country general speaking to review what we have done and have not done; from these to have lessons learned and have the revised and make changes on time. I believe that, with a team of experienced professors, doctors in the social work sector on the development process as well as the interest of the Party-Government, the perception of the community on the issue of intergaration for Handicaped people in the coming years in Cao Thang ward in particular and in the whole country in general will achieve successful results soon.

Through empirical research, the thesis presented and pressed confirmed roles of the social work. Especially, it emphasizes on the essentials needs as well as duties and responsibilities of social workers to vulnerable groups. It also privides some methods to improve the effectiveness of individual social work for handdicaped people in Cao Thang Ward, Ha Long city; then it is developed into a professional social work system at the same grounds.
