The results of this thesis have certain practical value for the development of tourism in Go Cong town, especially cultural tourism.

• Systematizing some theoretical issues on cultural tourism and the conditions for exploiting historical and cultural relics in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province to serve tourism development.
• Lessons learned from domestic and international experiences in exploiting historical and cultural relics for tourism development.
• Analyzing the current state of tourism activities at historical and cultural sites in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province: Tourism resources, tourist market, tourism products, tourism infrastructure, tourism organization and management, tourism promotion and advertising, and cultural preservation issues in tourism. Existing shortcomings, limitations, and their causes.

The results of the thesis have certain practical value for the development of tourism in Go Cong. Expecialy the cultural torism:

- Systematizing a number of theoretical issues in cultural tourism and the exploiting condition of the historical cultural vestiges for the development of tourism in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province.

- Experiences domestic, foreign about the exploitation of the historical cultural vestiges for the development of tourism.

- Reality analysis of tourism activities in the Go Cong historical culture vestiges such as: Tourism resources, tourism markets, tourism products, material and technical base of tourism, business travel management organization, propaganda promotion tourism, cultural reservation issues in travel, problems, limitations and its causes.
