The results of the thesis have certain practical value for tourism development in Go Cong town. Especially cultural tourism:

• Systematizing some theoretical issues on cultural tourism and conditions for exploiting historical and cultural relics in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province to serve tourism development.
• Domestic and foreign lessons learned on exploiting historical and cultural relics to serve tourism development.
• Analysis of the current status of tourism activities at historical and cultural relics in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province: Tourism resources, tourist market, tourism products, tourism technical facilities, tourism management and organization, tourism promotion and propaganda, cultural preservation issues in tourism. Existing problems, limitations and their causes.
• Propose some solutions for tourism development and some recommendations.

- Systematizing a number of theoretical issues in cultural tourism and the exploiting condition of the historical cultural vestiges for the development of tourism in Go Cong town, Tien Giang province.
