+ Restoring the Party building process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee through the periods: 2000-2005 and 2005-2013

+ To identify the strengths and weaknesses in the process of implementing the Party building tasks of the Provincial Party Committee, and to draw some lessons to improve the quality of Party building work in the following years.

This thesis can be used as a reference for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Party History; it is one of the research and propaganda documents on the history and role of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee during the đổi mới (renovation) period; in addition, the thesis will become a reference document for those interested in the issue of Party building of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee.
