11. Summary of the thesis results:

The Central Party Office Archives Department is directly responsible for managing the Central Party Archives, which houses all documents from the Party's high-level leadership bodies, the advisory and support departments of the Central Committee, Party organizations directly under the Central Committee, and political and social organizations at the central level.

Until now, the Central Party Archives has not issued a list of sources and components of documents from agencies and organizations subject to submission to the archives. Meanwhile, developing a list of sources and components of documents to be submitted to the archives is an indispensable and extremely important task for effectively collecting and supplementing documents.

Based on that, the study surveyed the current state of document collection and supplementation in the Central Party Archives. From there, we present solutions for building two catalogs:

+ List of agencies and organizations that are sources of deposits into the Central Party Archives.

+ List of document components from agencies and organizations subject to submission to the Central Party Archives.

12. Practical applications:

The results of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference for students majoring in Archival Studies regarding the collection and supplementation of documents in historical archives. In particular, from a practical standpoint, the catalogs we present will serve as a foundation for advising the Central Office leadership on the issuance of regulations concerning the list of sources and components of documents to be submitted to the Central Party Archives; and will guide Party organizations and socio-political organizations at the central level to submit archival documents to the Central Party Archives conveniently, easily, and completely.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Archives Department of the Party Central Office is responsible for the direct management of the Central Party Archives, this is where the entire document management agencies' senior leadership of the Party committees involved, assisting the Board Central Executive, agencies and institutions directly under the Party Central Committee and political institutions - social at the central level. Until now, the Party Central Repository has not issued any component catalog and document the source of the agencies, organizations responsible stored in the repository. Meanwhile, the construction of the list of source materials and components deposited in the archive is an essential and critical work to the effective implementation of the collection, additional documents.

On this basis, subjects examine the situation of the collection, additional documents into Party Central Repository. Since then, we present the solution to build 2 checklists:

+ The list of agencies and organizations as a source deposited into Party Central Repository.

+ List of document elements of the agency or organization responsible up to the Party Central Repository.

12. Practical applicability:

The results of the thesis will be a source of reference for practitioners, students learn about specialized Archive collection, add documents to the repository history. Especially, on a practical level, the checklist we offer is one of the preconditions for advising the leaders of the Central Office issuing the Regulation on the list of source materials and components deposited on Archives Party Central reserve; while guiding the agencies and party organizations, political organizations, socio - at the central level base on which to hand over the archives at the Central Party Archives convenient, easy and complete.
