- Secondly, the thesis examines the leadership and policies of the Lap Thach District Party Committee regarding the movement to build a cultured way of life from 2001 to 2012.

- Thirdly, the thesis presents some assessments of the achievements and limitations of the Lap Thach District Party Committee in leading the movement to build a cultured way of life from 2001 to 2012.

- Initially, we will draw lessons from the experiences of the Lap Thach District Party Committee in leading the movement to build a cultured way of life during the period 2001-2012, and from there propose directions and measures to promote the movement to build a cultured way of life in the subsequent period.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis serves partly as a source of reference material for writing the history of Lap Thach, and also contributes to research and teaching of history at Party schools, political centers, and local secondary schools.
