Policies promoting technological innovation in seafood harvesting and preservation for Vietnamese fishermen have helped them improve the quality and efficiency of seafood harvesting and preservation, while also creating jobs and improving their livelihoods. This contributes to national defense and security in maritime areas; ensures a stable supply of food and raw materials for seafood processing plants, serving domestic consumption and export needs; helps stabilize domestic consumer prices, curb inflation, and stabilize social life; contributes to the state budget; and helps protect endangered seafood resources.

11. Practical application:

Policies promoting technological innovation in seafood harvesting and preservation, when applied in practice, will help fishermen achieve high efficiency in seafood harvesting, while ensuring the best possible quality of harvested products.

12. Further research directions:

Technological innovations in seafood harvesting and preservation have helped fishermen improve the efficiency of seafood harvesting and enhance the quality of seafood preservation, resulting in higher product prices. However, for the sustainable development of the seafood harvesting and preservation sector, further research and policy development regarding domestic and export markets are necessary.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The policies of promoting the renewal of marine fishery exploitation and preservation technologies for Vietnamese fishermen, the quality of products, fishing activities, preservation have been improved; fishers have been sustainable jobs and living conditions of fishers have been increased for rent years. These activities have contributed to defense and national security in the sea. Besides fishing activities have provided enough products for domestic consumption, raw materials for processing companies and stabilizing the domestic prices, inflation rate and society life as well as contributed a part of the budget for GDP. The policies have contributed to protection of historic resources, especially endangered species.

11. Practical applicability:

The policy to promote the renewal of marine fishery technology is applied in seafood practice to help fishermen in exploiting effectively and at the same time exploited products are preserved to ensure quality the best.

12. Further research directions:

The renewal of fishing technologies archives and preservation methods have improved the quality and price of products as well. However, in order to have sustainable fishing and improve the preservation products, the policy of market are needed for consideration in the future.
