This thesis provides an overview of the research problem regarding the attractiveness of therapeutic tourism products using hot mineral mud. Based on this, the author conducts a survey and evaluation of factors affecting the attractiveness of therapeutic tourism products to domestic tourists at the Thap Ba Hot Mineral Spring Tourist Area. From the results of the data analysis, the thesis proposes several solutions to enhance the attractiveness of therapeutic tourism products at the Thap Ba Hot Mineral Spring Tourist Area, such as increasing investment in construction and improvement of technical infrastructure, diversifying prices to suit various customer segments, strengthening staff training, developing information channels, and improving accessibility systems...

Practical applications: The research results of this thesis contribute to suggesting ways for the Thap Ba Hot Spring Tourist Area in particular, and other tourist areas offering similar products, to assess the attractiveness of their existing products, thereby enhancing their competitiveness from the perspective of product appeal.
