The thesis has reviewed the research on the attractiveness of medical tourism products from hot mineral mud. On that basis, the author conducted a survey and evaluated the factors affecting the attractiveness of medical tourism products for domestic tourists at Thap Ba Hot Mineral Spring Resort. From the results of data analysis, the thesis proposed a number of solutions to enhance the attractiveness of medical tourism products at Thap Ba Hot Mineral Spring Resort such as increasing investment in construction, perfecting the system of technical facilities, diversifying prices to suit many types of customers, strengthening staff training, developing information channels, and access systems...

Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis contribute to suggestions for Thap Ba Hot Spring Resort in particular, and tourist resorts that sell similar products, to evaluate the attractiveness of existing products, thereby improving competitiveness from the perspective of product attractiveness.

The thesis overviews the researches on the attractiveness of health-oriented tourism products, focusing on mineral water and mud. The author conducts a survey to assess factors influencing the attractiveness of current tourism products for domestic tourists in Thap Ba Hot Spring Center. Based on that, some solutions are proposed to enhance its attractiveness, including construction and technical facility investment, price diversification, human-resource training, information and access improvement.
