- The thesis has studied theoretical issues about television, television programs and production of startup television programs on VTV1, VTV6 including: explaining the terms television, television programs, and startups.

- The thesis has clarified the Party and State's policies and guidelines on start-ups; as well as clarified the policies and viewpoints of Vietnam Television on the production of start-up programs on VTV1 and VTV6.

- The author conducted surveys, analyses and assessments of the content, form and production process of startup programs on VTV1 and VTV6 channels through surveys of some typical programs (Startup Bus, Startup Nation).

- The thesis makes comments on the requirements for the production of startup programs, from which it proposes recommendations to improve the quality of the program such as: it is necessary to pay attention to investing in equipment for the production of startup television programs; it is necessary to professionalize the personnel involved in production, the production process; and regularly evaluate and monitor the program, and investigate public reception.
