The thesis has summarized the research on corporate culture of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel. The thesis has presented an overview of research works related to issues such as corporate culture, hotel corporate culture and 5-star hotels. Analyzing the current status of corporate culture, comparing and evaluating the implementation of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel in the period of 2017-2019, thereby finding the strengths, weaknesses, and limitations in building and developing corporate culture of each hotel as well as the causes of those limitations and shortcomings. The thesis has also proposed major groups of solutions to improve corporate culture for 5-star hotels in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa in the coming time.
