Summary of the thesis results: Based on clarifying the conceptual framework of messages regarding the issue of workers in the Vietnamese coal and mineral industry in the press, this thesis researches and surveys the content of messages about workers in the Vietnamese coal and mineral industry in the press; evaluates the successes and limitations of this form of communication; and surveys and compiles the opinions of the working public on these messages. From this, it proposes specific solutions to improve the quality of this communication method in the press.

11. Practical Applications: This thesis affirms the role, position, and importance of the press in conveying messages about the issue of workers in Vietnam's coal and mineral industry. Simultaneously, the thesis provides a database of information on current media coverage of this issue for individuals, research institutions, and media management agencies.
