Chapter 1. Some issues concerning workplace culture and workplace culture regulations.
Chapter 1 primarily addresses fundamental theoretical issues concerning workplace culture, including: the concept of workplace culture; the constituent elements of workplace culture; and the necessity of building workplace culture.
At the same time, the importance of establishing a workplace culture regulation for the Central Committee of the Youth Union was highlighted.
Chapter 2. Legal and practical basis for building a workplace culture regulation at the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
This chapter aims to provide a general overview of the basic information and outstanding characteristics of the Central Committee of the Youth Union. Through this, it assesses the strengths and weaknesses, and proposes solutions to improve the quality of workplace culture at the Central Committee of the Youth Union during the process of developing the workplace culture regulations discussed in Chapter 3.
Chapter 3. Methods and procedures for developing workplace culture regulations for the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
This is also the main objective that the topic aims to achieve. This chapter focuses on the objectives, target audience, and scope of application for developing the Regulations and proposing the content of the Workplace Culture Regulations for the Central Committee of the Youth Union.
