12. Practical applications:
With this topic, the thesis has practical reference value through authentic and specific databases on the communication activities regarding land policy of the radio stations in Soc Son, Chuong My, and My Duc districts. This helps leaders and managers in general, as well as local Party committees, authorities, reporters, editors, station leaders, and the people, to gain a deeper understanding of land-related policies. From this, appropriate policies and mechanisms can be developed for more effective land management and utilization.
The research findings, stemming from the theoretical and practical aspects of this thesis, will impact media agencies and local radio stations in communicating about land policies. This will help them identify and understand the issues, adjust and select appropriate content and forms of information transmission to enhance the effectiveness of communication.
