10. Summary of the thesis results:
Over the past period, many "hot" and sensitive issues related to the management of the Customs sector that the public is concerned about have been proactively addressed by the Customs press (both print and online versions). This has enabled the leadership of the General Department of Customs to promptly provide accurate and reasonable information to the press and the public at appropriate times, contributing to guiding public opinion and providing accurate information reflecting the directives, management, and operation of the Customs sector leadership.
Customs is a "hot" and sensitive field; therefore, in recent times, the Customs sector has taken many positive and concrete steps to improve and build a new image of customs officers and civil servants who are both "politically sound and professionally competent." These include the implementation of the Customer Service Declaration; a hotline for combating corruption, harassment, and intimidation; and a hotline for receiving information on anti-smuggling efforts. With proactive and positive communication efforts, the public has gained a better understanding of customs work, helping to mitigate previous media crises caused by a lack of information or misunderstandings about customs operations.
This thesis clarifies the role of customs press in conveying communication messages during crises within the Customs sector.
This thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state of crisis communication management in the Customs sector, as reported in customs-related publications.
This thesis conducts in-depth interviews with seven individuals, including customs management leaders and customs journalists, to assess and evaluate the quality of crisis communication in the customs press. Through this analysis, the thesis synthesizes arguments to clarify the current state of crisis communication in the customs press.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis will serve as a valuable reference and supplement for researchers and managers in handling information during media crises in the customs press of the Customs sector. The research results also contribute to clarifying how to convey message content during media crises in the Customs sector through customs press.
Based on the current state of crisis communication in the customs sector's press, and stemming from practical demands and assessments from experts and creators, this thesis boldly proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the way crisis messages are conveyed in the customs sector's press.

This research contributes to systematizing the theory of journalism in conveying communication messages during crises in the customs sector, thereby contributing to improving the quality of journalism, especially the quality of information and propaganda in customs-related media.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
In recent years, many "hot" and sensitive issues related to the customs management that Customs newspaper has taken the initiative in giving advices to leaders of General Department of Customs to release timely and accurate information to respond to press agencies and people in a timely fashion, contributing to orienting public opinion as well as giving accurate information, reflecting the, management and operations of the Customs leaders.
Customs is a "hot" and sensitive sector, therefore, over the past time, the Customs sector has made many positive and specific moves to improve and build a new image of customs officers and civil servants "both transparency and professionalism". It can mention the implementation of Client Service Charter; Hotline for combat unrest, troubles, harassment; Hotline for receiving information related to anti-smuggling ., ect. With the initiative in information and communication, the Customs sector has basically raised public understanding of customs work, contributing to limiting media crisis due to lack of information and misunderstandings about customs operations as before.
The Thesis clarifies the role of Customs newspaper in communication messages in the crisis of the Customs sector.
The Thesis analyzes and evaluates the current status of the media crisis handling of the Customs sector on the customs newspaper.
The Thesis includes in-depth interviews for 7 subjects who are leaders in charge of Customs management and journalists in charge of customs, with the aim of giving assessments about the quality of communication information in crisis of the customs sector on the Customs newspaper; Thus analyzing and summarizing the arguments to clarify the status of information on the communication in the crisis of the Customs sector on the Customs newspaper.

Research results of the Thesis will be a source of reference for researchers and managers on information processing in the media crisis on the Customs newspaper of the Customs sector.
