Research topic"Socializing the production of television programs at Radio and Television Stations in the Red River Delta region"The aim is to study the current status of social activities in the field of television program production and evaluate the economic and social effects; study the development trends of television programs at radio and television stations in the Red River Delta region, the effectiveness of creating television programs produced with social resources for the public. From there, propose solutions to improve the quality of social activities in the production of television programs at local television stations in the Red River Delta region.
The thesis conducts a survey, investigation, analysis, and evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of socialized programs of Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh Radio and Television stations from January 2017 to June 2018.
The thesis clarifies the role of the press, especially the role of socialization in the production of television programs at local radio and television stations.
The methods used in the thesis include: document research method; empirical research method; statistical, analytical, demonstrative, and evaluation methods; fieldwork and collaborative methods; sociological investigation methods: in-depth interview method, sociological investigation method.
The topic is a scientific basis to help leaders, researchers, and the public interested in this issue in planning strategies for producing television programs, so as to ensure both content quality and appropriate financial resources for program production activities. This is also a theoretical basis for subsequent research projects from a newer perspective.
Through the implementation of the topic, it can be affirmed that: socialization of television program production is an inevitable objective trend in the development process of television stations. However, in order for socialization to perform well its functions and tasks, and achieve the goal of socialization of television program production, it is necessary to solve many stages synchronously, in which management must be considered important, because only good management can ensure the quality and effectiveness of television programs.

The topic is a research project, applying theories of journalism and television to solve a specific problem in practice, which is the socialization of television program production at local stations. Therefore, the research results will more or less have certain contributions and additions to the theory of television journalism on the socialization of television program production today.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The main purpose of thesis is to investigate the reality of socialization of production of television broadcast and evaluate the effects of television broadcast on the society and economy; there is also a research on the developing trends of television broadcast in local television and broadcast stations over the Red River Delta, the results of creating television broadcast from socialistic resources to the public. Thus several solutions for the improvement of socialization of production of television broadcast in local television and broadcast stations over the Red River Delta.
This thesis includes the research, investigation, classification, valuation and assessment of the television programs which have been socializing in television and broadcast stations in Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh provinces during 2017 and the first half-year of 2018. From this thesis, the author came to the following conclusion: Socialization of production of television broadcast is an indispensable trend.
