Based on the theoretical framework of journalistic audience research, the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations for studying the needs and conditions for receiving information among the Tuyen Quang public today; a sociological survey using questionnaires – a poll of Tuyen Quang public opinions on the issue of receiving journalistic information from local media; and factors affecting the current demand for journalistic information among the Tuyen Quang public. From this, solutions are proposed to contribute to improving the quality of local journalistic activities and best serving the needs of the local public.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis will become a valuable resource providing information about the local public to the press agencies of Tuyen Quang province. This will help local press managers formulate policies and build long-term and appropriate press development strategies for the province. At the same time, the thesis provides a more complete and accurate understanding of the real information needs of the local public, and their legitimate need to access information.
