10. Summary of the thesis results:

Currently, the Party and State have facilitated and supported various media outlets to serve the people, such as free printed newspapers and ethnic language radio and television programs. Among these, television, with its unique advantages, is considered one of the most effective media for the H'Mông people. Television plays a crucial role as an information channel, meeting the requirements for promoting the economic, cultural, social, security, and defense development of the provinces in the Northwest region. Television programs in general, and H'Mông-language television in particular, have made and continue to make many positive contributions in disseminating the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the H'Mông people, contributing to improving their lives in all aspects, and countering the false narratives of hostile and counter-revolutionary forces that are exploiting the situation to undermine the Party and hinder the socio-economic development of the region.

Despite its many advantages, it must be acknowledged that Hmong-language television programs still have limitations, such as a lack of diverse and rich content, insufficient timeliness, and sometimes unattractive visuals that detract from program quality and fail to fully utilize the effectiveness of communication with the Hmong ethnic group. These limitations are issues that need to be studied and addressed promptly to provide high-quality and engaging television programs for Hmong viewers.

Innovating the production methods of Hmong-language television programs for the Hmong ethnic group is an urgent activity that needs attention. Units need to produce programs with practical content and appropriate delivery methods to better serve the Hmong audience. However, to date, there has been no in-depth scientific research on Hmong-language television programs for the Hmong people in the Northwest region. Therefore, the author has chosen the topic ""Hmong language television program for the Hmong ethnic group in the Northwest region"This research aims to provide an accurate assessment of the current situation, identify the causes of limitations, and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the H'Mông language television program for the H'Mông ethnic group in the Northwest region in particular and the H'Mông ethnic group in Vietnam in general.

This thesis is a research work that specifically addresses the Hmong-language television program for the Hmong people in the Northwest region. It is hoped that the research findings of this thesis will enrich the theoretical framework of Vietnamese journalism regarding television programs for ethnic minorities in general and the Hmong people in particular.

This thesis will also serve as a useful and reliable reference for anyone interested in researching related issues.

The research topic's new contribution is to clarify the current state and effectiveness of Hmong-language television programs in disseminating information and promoting awareness among the Hmong ethnic group. Based on this, lessons learned regarding the organization and implementation of Hmong-language television programs are drawn, and necessary solutions are proposed to enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of these programs.

Television programs in general and H'mong television in particular have been many actively contributing to the propagation of the Party's guidelines and policies and the State comes to the east of H'Mong people island, contributing to improving the life of the ethnic people in every way, against the false arguments of hostile, counter-revolutionary forces

The network is taking advantage of fighting against the Party, dangerously affecting and hindering development of the Socio-economic region.

Although there are many advantages, there must be recognition of the transmission programs Hmong image is still limited as the content is not abundant and diversified not high, images are sometimes not nice to reduce the quality of the program, yet promote the effectiveness of communication for the H'Mong ethnic group. The innovation of production methods of H'Mong television program

For H'Mong ethnic minority people, it is an urgent need to pay attention to implementation.

The unit needs to organize the production of programs with practical content and transmission methods

Besides, it better serves public parts of H'Mong people. However, by the time at the present point, there is no scientific research work specializing in the chapter H'mong television program for H'Mong people in the Northwest.

Therefore, the author chooses the topic "H'Mong television program for people Northwest H'Mong ethnic group" to study, with the desire to make assessments of the true situation, find the cause of the limitations, propose solutions measures to promote the effectiveness of the H'Mong television program for H'Mong ethnic people in the Northwest in particular and H'Mong ethnic people in Vietnam in general.
