- This thesis provides an overview of the Party Committee's leadership and guidance in organizing and leading guerrilla warfare activities in the locality during the resistance war against French colonialism (1946-1954).
- The thesis also clarifies the correct and creative leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee in launching and organizing the guerrilla warfare movement in the locality, and the worthy contributions of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee, military, and people in the resistance war against French colonialism.
