10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on theoretical research and the current situation of career counseling needs of students at Hop Thanh High School, this study investigates the aspects of students' career counseling needs in terms of content, target audience, and forms of fulfilling those needs.The study also examines the factors affecting students' career counseling needs and proposes psychological and educational measures to enhance the need for career counseling among students at Hop Thanh High School.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for administrators and teachers, as well as students of Hop Thanh High School in particular, and administrators, teachers, and students of high schools in general, aiming to enhance the need for career counseling and develop career counseling programs that meet students' needs in receiving career information and advice on choosing a suitable career based on their individual characteristics and the demands of the labor market.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will conduct a more in-depth study of the career counseling needs of high school students, as expressed in terms of content, target audience, and forms of fulfilling those needs.

Based on theoretical studies and practical needs of students from Hop Thanh High School, this research paper studies the expressions of students' needs for career counseling regarding content, objects and forms to satisfy these demands. This paper also considers the factors that affect the demand for career counseling, and provides the psychological education methods to strengthen the career counseling needs for students at Hop Thanh High School.

11. Practical applicability:

The results of this research paper is a useful reference for managers and teachers as well as students at Hop Thanh High School in particular, and it is helpful for managerial staff, teachers and students at every High Schools in general, to strengthen the demand for career counseling and to offer career counseling programs, which meet the needs of students in searching for information on career counseling and choosing proper jobs that are consistent with personal characteristics and needs of the labor market.

12. Further research directions:

If there is more time and proper conditions we will study the topic of career counseling more deeply as the needs of students at High Schools, are manifested in the contents, objects and forms to satisfy this demand.
