- The thesis has clarified the major policies of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee on building the local rear in the resistance war against the French colonialists (1945 - 1954). At the same time, the thesis has presented and analyzed the specific direction of the Provincial Party Committee on the work of building the local rear of the local people during this period.
- The thesis concretizes the leadership process of building the local rear of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee in two specific periods:First period(from late September 1945 to July 1949). This was the period when the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee led the construction of the local rear base in the conditions of fighting against enemy sweeps and encroachments, including the policy of destroying the enemy's economy, building our economy, implementing the construction of the local rear base to support the battlefield, and building fighting villages.Second period(from July 1949 to October 1954).
