Based on theoretical research and the current status of self-management of some residential groups in Nam Dinh city, the research topic studies the causes and some factors affecting the effectiveness of self-management groups. The causes come from the locality of Nam Dinh city, from the people and from the cadres who are members of self-management groups. In addition, the topic also points out the advantages and difficulties in carrying out self-management activities in Nam Dinh city. From there, conclusions and recommendations are drawn to contribute to improving the effectiveness of self-management group organizations in Nam Dinh province.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis contribute to improving the understanding of cadres who are members of self-management groups in particular and of Nam Dinh city residents in general about local self-management activities. Understanding the causes and factors affecting the effectiveness of self-management work, thereby proposing measures and directions of activities to improve the effectiveness of self-management of groups in Nam Dinh city.

If we have the conditions and time, we will research the topic more deeply into the psychological traits that affect the performance of self-managed group members.
