10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on theoretical research and the current state of self-governance among several community groups in Nam Dinh City, this study investigates the causes and factors affecting the effectiveness of these self-governance groups. The causes originate from Nam Dinh City itself, from the residents, and from the officials who are members of these self-governance groups. Furthermore, the study identifies the advantages and disadvantages of conducting self-governance activities in Nam Dinh City. From this, conclusions and recommendations are offered to improve the effectiveness of self-governance groups in Nam Dinh Province.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis contribute to improving the understanding of officials who are members of self-governing groups in particular, and of the people of Nam Dinh city in general, regarding self-governance activities in the locality. Understanding the causes and factors affecting the effectiveness of self-governance work will lead to the proposal of measures and directions for activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of self-governance in groups in Nam Dinh city.

12. Future research directions:

If we have the resources and time, we will conduct a more in-depth study of the psychological aspects that influence the performance of members in self-governing groups.

Based on theoretical studies and the status of certain autonomy groups in Nam Dinh city, researches the causes and factors affecting the performance of the self-management group. The reason comes from the local city of Nam Dinh, from the people and from the staff member is in the self-management group. Besides, the project also points out the advantages and difficulties in carrying out self-management activities in the city of Nam Dinh. Hence the conclusions and recommendations contribute to improving the operational efficiency of organizations self-management groups in the province of Nam Dinh.

The research results of the thesis contribute to improving the understanding of the staff are members of the self-management group in particular and people in general in Nam Dinh city activity in local self-government . Understanding the causes and factors that influence the effectiveness of self-managed work since then devise measures and orientations for activities aimed at improving the efficiency of the self-governing groups in the city of Nam Dinh

If conditions and time we will study the topic more deeply in the psychological traits that affect the performance of members of self-managed groups
