The panorama of the world's economy, politics and society today is a colorful picture. Along with the increasingly widespread economic recession, a number of new economies with great potential have emerged. The political background of many conflicts and instability has made the world hotter every day. The trend of international integration and the rapid development of science and technology have strongly impacted all areas of social life. Television is no exception. With the support of science and technology, television has increasingly affirmed its position in social life, especially the birth of pay television. Television is growing stronger and stronger due to the increasing demand for information of the public, the development of science and technology and the emergence of the need for international exchange and integration. Political and social events themselves have also contributed to promoting television to develop strongly. In Vietnam, the television industry has also developed with many levels. Pay TV services began appearing in Vietnam in 1993 with the launch of MMDS wireless cable television services. After more than 20 years of establishment and development, the pay TV industry has achieved many brilliant achievements. International integration has played a very important role in the development of pay TV in Vietnam.

The thesis has gone into depth in analyzing the impact of international integration on the development of pay television in Vietnam. In the context of Vietnam's increasingly deep regional and international integration, many television brands in Vietnam have actively participated in regional and world television associations, multilateralized cooperation, exchanged news with many major radio and television stations in the world, cooperated in developing programs and enhanced training and human resource development. It can be said that international integration has had a significant impact on the strong development of pay television in Vietnam.

The thesis also shows that this analysis contributes to clarifying the role of international integration in the field of pay television in our country, the achievements as well as limitations of pay television, development trends and solutions to promote this field to develop more strongly.

The author of this thesis is currently directly involved in the field of pay television at the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group. Choosing this topic gives the author the opportunity to learn and improve his professional knowledge while also serving the work he is assigned to do. The research results of the topic will have the conditions to be applied in practice, contributing to the development of strategies and implementation of plans for pay television development in Vietnam in the coming time.

The impact of international integration on the pay television sector in Vietnam has contributed significantly to the development of this sector. After studying the role of international integration in the pay television sector in Vietnam, the author wishes to continue to study the influence and role of the international integration trend on the television sector in some countries with developing and developed economies in the world. The panorama economy, politics, society, the world which are a multi-color picture. Besides the economic recession is spreading, there appears a majority of the new economic potential. Political conflicts and instability which are causing the world is heating up every day. The trend of international integration and the development of science has a strong impact on all aspects of life. Television is no exception. With the support of science and technology, television has confirmed his position in life, especially the appearance of Pay TV. Television is due to the growing information needs of the public increasingly, the development of technology and demand appears to be international exchanges. The political events, social contribution must be promoted development TV. The Pay TV services began to appear in Vietnam since 1993 with the advent of cable television service. Until now, after 20 years of establishment and development, the Pay TV industry has achieved many brilliant achievements. International integration has played great role in the growth of Pay TV in Vietnam.

The Thesis divided into analyzing the influence of international integration in the development of Pay TV in Vietnam. In the context of regional integration and internationalization of Vietnam which took place deepened, many TV brands in Vietnam have actively participated in the television sector associations and the world and performing methods of cooperation and exchange of information with many radio and television in the world, cooperation and development programs and enhanced training and development of human resources. We can say that global integration which had significant impacts to the strong growth of Pay TV in Vietnam.

The Thesis also gives some points in this analysis contributing to elucidate the role of international integration in the field of television's payment in our country, the achievements and limitations of Pay TV, development trend and measures which aim to promote this sector grow more strongly.
