The attractiveness is shown in the fact that this relationship is both contradictory, struggling, and even hostile in diplomatic and political relations, but at the same time has close economic connections and interdependence, especially in oil import and export activities. This proves a truth in international relations that countries always put the interests of the country and the people first in their foreign relations.
