Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis has outlined the situation of attracting technology transfer through foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in Vietnam in recent times. From the current situation of investment, technology transfer and technology level of FDI enterprises, the author has identified barriers to technology transfer through FDI projects in Vietnam. These barriers are one of the reasons why the process of implementing the goal of attracting technology through FDI has not been achieved as expected. Through correctly identifying the barriers, the author has proposed and recommended a number of solutions to remove barriers to technology transfer through FDI projects in Vietnam, contributing to improving the technology level of industries, developing endogenous technology and increasing the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in the process of integration with countries in the region and the world. 11.
