Summary of thesis results: Along with the development of investment and trade in Vietnam, the building and development of trademarks and the protection of intellectual property rights for trademarks play an extremely important role, requiring special attention and investment from all businesses. The issue of scientific and technological information, especially intellectual property information, in the management and protection of trademarks has received much attention since the 1980s, when the number of trademark registration applications was trending upwards, so the issue of timely and accurate application examination became increasingly prioritized, and also when the situation of intellectual property infringement, especially trademark infringement, was becoming alarming. Therefore, scientific and technological information for trademark management and protection is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed. With the desire to enhance the information resource capacity and operational capabilities of the entire system to proactively and accurately meet the information needs of all users, and at the same time contribute to minimizing shortcomings, regrettable errors, or disputes over intellectual property rights, it is necessary to exploit the role of science and technology information in the application examination phase as well as the enforcement of rights regarding trademarks. Therefore, the author chose "The Role of Science and Technology Information in Trademark Management and Protection" as the topic of the Master's Thesis in Science and Technology Management. First, based on the theory of trademarks, science and technology information, the use of science and technology information, and trademark management and protection, the author of the thesis recognizes that science and technology information in general, and trademark information in particular, is the fundamental basis for intellectual property activities. In the process of creating, registering, and protecting trademarks, from registration and establishing rights to the review, assessment, granting of protection certificates, and protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, all require trademark information. Furthermore, the author of this thesis delves into the current state of exploiting scientific and technological information in establishing and enforcing trademark rights, thereby affirming the crucial role of scientific and technological information in establishing and enforcing trademark rights to protect consumers and the development of businesses. No matter how skillful the reasoning and analysis, if it is not based on valuable evidence gathered from scientific and technological information sources, the persuasive power will be significantly weakened and the desired legal effectiveness will be diminished. Based on the above analysis, the author of this thesis proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of exploiting scientific and technological information in establishing and enforcing trademark rights. The solutions presented in this thesis are insightful analyses with a fairly comprehensive overview, suggesting a consistent approach when implementing this topic. 11. Practical applications: (if any) This thesis helps leaders and managers to formulate more appropriate mechanisms, policies, and decisions to effectively exploit and utilize scientific and technological information in establishing and enforcing trademark rights. 12. Further research directions: (if any) Survey and find solutions to further improve the exploitation and use of scientific and technological information in establishing and enforcing trademark rights. 13. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Along with the development of investment and trade in Vietnam, the construction and development of trademarks, protection of IP rights for the brand played an extremely important role and requires special attention and investment of any particular business. The issue of science and technology information, especially information on IP with the management and protection of trademark has drawn much attention since 1980, when the number of trademark registration tends to increase so the timeliness and accuracy of applicant evaluation is paid prior attention as well as the situation of IPR infringement, especially brands are becoming alarming. Therefore, S&T information for the management and protection of trademark is a pressing problem to solve. Wishing to improve information resources and operational capacity of the system to actively, quickly and accurately respond to the information demand of all information users; and at the same time contribute to limiting the limitations, errors, or unfortunate, and IPR disputes, we should exploit the role of science and technology information in the application evaluation stage as well as the enforcement of rights to trademarks. Thus the author selects "The role of S&T information in the management and protection of trademarks" as the subject of master's thesis in Management of science and technology. First, basing on the theory of trademarks, science and technology information, the use of science and technology information and the management and protection of trademarks, the thesis author recognizes that science and technology information in general, and information on trademarks in particular is the basis for the IP activities. In the process of creation, registration, and protection of trademark, from the registration and establishment of rights, until the review, evaluation and granting of license and the protection, enforcement of IP rights, trademarks information is needed. Next, the thesis author deeply studies the situation of the exploitation of science and technology information in the establishment and enforcement of rights to trademarks, thereby confirming the extremely inportant role of science and technology information in establishment and enforcement of trademark rights to protect consumers as well as the development of enterprises. Inspite of excellent, analyzing capacity, if not based on those valuable confronting which have been looked up in other sources of science and technology information, the persuasiveness will be much weaker and not legally effective as desired. From the above analysis, the thesis author has set out measures to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological information exploitation in the establishment and enforcement of rights to trademarks. Solutions in this thesis are comprehensive and deep analysis, which make synchronization during the implementation of the subject. 12.
