10. Some conclusions of the thesis are as follows:

In the 21st century, novels about the countryside are still changing, exploring, experimenting, and innovating, but we can still recognize its achievements on many levels. It can be said that the rural theme continues to be a hot topic area alongside the theme of war or the urban theme. The Vietnamese countryside has entered a period of innovation with both prosperity and instability, especially the profound transformation in cultural assimilation, in the ability and capacity to act of farmers in the face of changes in the countryside on the path of modernization. Farmers are no longer purely agricultural and live in the countryside as in the previous period. Many people are unemployed right in their homeland. Many people fall into tragic tragedies by accident or by perception, ... along with many other consequences. Those are also the concerns and worries of writers about a land that seems to have only silence and peace, in which writers Nguyen Khac Truong and Trinh Thanh Phong with "Village Ghost"and"A land of many people and many ghosts"”. Both novels have been adapted into films that have touched the hearts of many audiences. The two works have sown in the hearts of readers and viewers concerns and worries about the fate of farmers, especially the fate of women in the face of complex changes in real life.

In the twenty-first century, novels written about rural areas are still transforming, exploring, experimenting, and innovating, but we can still identify its achievements in various aspects. It can be said that the rural theme continues to be a hot topic area besides the topic of war or urban topics. Vietnam's rural areas have entered a period of innovation with prosperity and instability, especially the profound transformation process in the cultural transformation, in the ability and action capacity of farmers before the change of the countryside on the way of modernization. Farmers are no longer purely doing agricultural work and live in rural areas like they did in the previous period. Many of them become unemployed in their own land. Many people fall into tragic tragedies unintentionally or cognitively, ... and many other implications.

It is also the concerns and worries of writers about a land that seems to be quiet and peaceful, in which there are the writers Nguyen Khac Truong and Trinh Thanh Phong with "the village ghosts" and "the land area with a lot of people and many ghosts".
