In the 21st century, novels about rural life are still evolving, exploring, experimenting, and innovating, but we can still recognize its achievements on many levels. It can be said that the rural theme continues to be a hot topic alongside war and urban themes. Vietnamese rural areas are entering a period of renewal with both improvements and instability, especially the profound transformation in cultural adaptation and in the capacity and ability of farmers to act in the face of rural changes on the path to modernization. Farmers are no longer purely engaged in agriculture and living in the countryside as in previous periods. Many are unemployed even in their own birthplaces. Many fall into tragic situations due to carelessness or lack of awareness, along with many other consequences. These are also the concerns and anxieties of writers about a land that seems to only offer tranquility and peace, including writers Nguyen Khac Truong and Trinh Thanh Phong with their work ""Village Ghosts"and"A land full of people and ghosts"Both novels have been adapted into films that have touched the hearts of many viewers. These two works have instilled in readers and viewers concerns and anxieties about the fate of farmers, especially the plight of women, amidst the complex changes of real life.

10. Some conclusions of the thesis are as follows:
In the twenty-first century, novels written about rural areas are still transforming, exploring, experimenting, and innovating, but we can still identify its achievements in various aspects. It can be said that the rural theme continues to be a hot topic area besides the topic of war or urban topics. Vietnam's rural areas have entered a period of innovation with prosperity and instability, especially the profound transformation process in the cultural transformation, in the ability and action capacity of farmers before the change of the countryside on the way of modernization. Farmers are no longer purely doing agricultural work and live in rural areas like they did in the previous period. Many of them become unemployed in their own land. Many people fall into tragic tragedies unintentionally or cognitively, ... and many other implications.
It is also the concerns and worries of writers about a land that seems to be quiet and peaceful, in which there are the writers Nguyen Khac Truong and Trinh Thanh Phong with "the village ghosts" and "the land area with a lot of people and many ghosts". Both novels have been adapted into movies that shake the hearts of the audience. Two works were planted in the hearts of readers and viewers concerns and considerations about the fate of farmers, especially women in the complex changes of real life.
