10. Summary of the thesis results:
During the Soviet era, and even in the present day, the two countries have always maintained close relations. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the multifaceted, mutually beneficial cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation continued to be valued and developed. Entering the early years of the 21st century, the political and economic situation of the world has undergone many changes, especially the transformation of the situation in each country, which has significantly impacted this relationship. Currently, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Russian Federation have a strategic partnership. Both sides share similar views on many international and regional issues, coordinating closely and supporting each other.
This thesis will focus on addressing two main research questions: Firstly, the study will analyze and research bilateral relations in the fields of diplomacy, politics, military affairs, economics, etc. Secondly, it will provide an assessment of the prospects for future relations between the Russian Federation and Vietnam.

This study examines the origins of the Vietnam-Russia relationship, offering a comprehensive overview of the challenges and opportunities for cooperation between the two countries through a detailed analysis of the current state of cooperation in various fields. It also predicts future prospects for the relationship and proposes solutions to further promote this development.
