With the aim of approaching the competency framework in employee evaluation, and with the goal of proposing solutions for building a competency framework at Da Loc Co., Ltd.
- Systematize the general theoretical foundations of competence, competency frameworks, and their application in employee evaluation, as well as the conditions for applying competency frameworks. From these general theories to their application and comparison in the current employee evaluation practices at the company, identify strengths to be promoted, existing weaknesses, their causes, and solutions to overcome them.
- Based on a competency framework approach to employee evaluation at Da Loc Co., Ltd., this thesis proposes several solutions to build a competency framework for employee evaluation.
This thesis has synthesized and generalized the basic issues related to competence and competency frameworks in employee evaluation. The results of this thesis contribute to helping Da Loc Co., Ltd. build a competency framework for employee evaluation.
11. Practical applications:
Based on surveys and research into fundamental issues related to competencies and competency frameworks, this study aims to apply this knowledge to practical situations, thereby helping Da Loc Co., Ltd. improve the effectiveness of its employee evaluation process in the future.

Approaching to staff assessment from competency perspective, the goal of this thesis is to provide some solutions to build competency framework at Da Loc Limited Company.
The issues discussed on competency, competency framework and application of competency framework, conditions for application of competency framework are systematized. The status of staff assessment at the Company has been conveyed. There are some confusions between staff assessment and performance evaluation at the Company. The thesis points out the advantages, disadvantages in Da Loc's staff assessment and recommends some solutions which may help Da Loc to build a competency framework as the useful tools in staff assessment.

On the results of survey, the solutions recommeded can be practical to help Da Loc to improve the effectiveness of staff assessment in the coming years.
