With the goal of approaching the competency framework in employee evaluation, and the goal of providing solutions to build a competency framework at Da Loc Company Limited.
- Systematize the general theoretical basis of capacity, capacity framework and application of capacity framework in employee evaluation, conditions for applying capacity framework. From general theories to application, comparison in the current situation of employee evaluation at the Company. From there, draw out the strengths that need to be promoted, the existing weaknesses, their causes and solutions to overcome them.
- Based on the approach to the competency framework in employee evaluation at Da Loc Company Limited, the thesis proposed a number of solutions to build a competency framework in employee evaluation.
The thesis has synthesized and generalized the basic issues related to capacity and capacity framework in employee evaluation. The results of the thesis contribute to helping Da Loc Company Limited build a capacity framework in employee evaluation.
11. Practical application:
Based on the survey and research on basic issues related to capacity and capacity framework, we will apply them to practice to help Da Loc Company Limited improve the effectiveness of employee evaluation in the near future.

Approaching to staff assessment from competency perspective, the goal of this thesis is to provide some solutions to build competency framework at Da Loc Limited Company.
The issues discussed on competency, competency framework and application of competency framework, conditions for application of competency framework are systematized. The status of staff assessment at the Company has been conveyed. There are some confusions between staff assessment and performance evaluation at the Company. The thesis points out the advantages, disadvantages in Da Loc's staff assessment and recommends some solutions which may help Da Loc to build a competency framework as the useful tools in staff assessment.

On the results of survey, the solutions recommeded can be practical to help Da Loc to improve the effectiveness of staff assessment in the coming years.
