Based on theoretical and practical research on employee self-assessment within organizations, this study focuses on describing the current situation and analyzing factors influencing employee self-assessment within organizations. Through this, the study aims to propose solutions to improve the perception and assessment of employee self-assessment within organizations.

11. Practical applications:

Currently, research on evaluating employee self-esteem within organizations in Vietnam is still relatively new. This topic is of significant importance in building a theoretical foundation related to employees' self-esteem within organizations. The thesis contributes to supplementing the theoretical and practical literature on self-esteem assessment within organizations and can serve as a reference for human resource managers in understanding and developing solutions to improve employees' self-awareness.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will expand the scope of the research to further clarify the relationship between organizational and individual factors and the self-assessment of employees, as well as to clarify the role of ego-based self-assessment in organizational citizenship behaviors. Simultaneously, we will verify the reliability, validity, and overall adaptability of the scale within the Vietnamese cultural context.
