10. Summary of the results of the thesis
The thesis achieved the following results:
- Overview of the theoretical basis of the content of cruise tourism service quality in general, especially clarifying the two terms cruise tourists and international visitors.
- Combining methods together, mainly field survey method and sociological investigation method to collect practical information on the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa and evaluate the quality of cruise tourism services of international visitors during the research period. On that basis, give general comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Based on the documents issued related to the development of cruise tourism by the Government and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, and based on the survey status and evaluation form of international visitors on the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa during the research period, the author has selected to propose solutions and some recommendations to improve the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa in the following years.

The evaluations, solutions and recommendations of the thesis during the research period are a source of reference for the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the Department of Tourism of Khanh Hoa and other related departments and agencies to regulate the business activities of cruise tourism services in the area to be increasingly complete and professional. In addition, the thesis is also a reference for individual readers interested in the content of the topic.

The thesis is the first source in the research on cruise tourism in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, so the thesis can be developed in depth including the following contents:
- Research and develop tourism programs to serve cruise tourists in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Increase the length of stay of cruise ship tourists in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa

- Pursuant to the relevant documents issued to develop cruise tourism of the Government and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, and based on the real situation and assessment survey of international visitors about the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa during the study in order to consider selectively and offer solutions, a number of recommendations improve the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa the next years.
