10. Summary of the thesis results
The thesis has achieved the following results:
- Provide an overview of the theoretical basis regarding the quality of cruise tourism services in general, with particular clarification of the terms "cruise tourists" and "international visitors."
- Combining various methods, primarily field surveys and sociological research, to gather factual information on the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, and to assess the quality of cruise tourism services as perceived by international visitors during the study period. Based on this, general conclusions are drawn regarding the strengths and weaknesses of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
Based on relevant government and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee documents on cruise tourism development, and also based on surveys and evaluations from international tourists regarding the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa during the research period, the author has selected and proposed solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa in the coming years.

The assessments, solutions, and recommendations presented in this thesis during the research period serve as a valuable reference for the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, and other relevant departments and agencies to improve and professionalize cruise tourism services in the area. Furthermore, the thesis also serves as a reference for individual readers interested in the topic.
12. Future research directions:
This thesis is the first initiator of research on cruise tourism in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, and therefore can be developed in depth to include the following contents:
- Research and develop tourism programs to serve cruise ship tourists in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Increase the length of stay for cruise ship tourists in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Developing human resources to serve cruise ship tourists. This includes, for example, local communities and tourism staff of travel companies in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.

The thesis achieved the following results:
- An overview of the theoretical basis of cruise tourism services quality in general, especially to clarify two terms: ship tourist and international visitor in the thesis.
- Combining these methods with each other, mainly a field survey methods and sociological methods (questionnaires) to collect the information about the service quality of cruise tourism in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa and opinion of international visitors for cruise tourism services quality in the period of the study. On this basis, give the general identification about the pros and the cons of cruise tourism services quality in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Pursuant to the relevant documents issued to develop cruise tourism of the Government and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, and based on the real situation and assessment survey of international visitors about the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa during the study in order to consider selectively and offer solutions, a number of recommendations improve the quality of cruise tourism services in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa the next years.

These assessments, solutions and recommendations of thesis will be the reference source for People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Khanh Hoa Tourism Department and other relevant departments to manage a systematic way of operating business for cruise tourism services in a region in order to increase more and more professional cruise tourism services.
