10. Summary of the thesis results:

During the course of my thesis, I achieved the following results:

First: An overview of the theoretical issues and current regulations regarding the organization and management of archival work.

Secondly: To survey and assess the current state of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Thirdly: Propose several solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and managing archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Chapter 1: Components, content, and significance of archival documents generated in the operations of Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Nội dung chương 1 tập trung giới  thiệu khái quát về thành phần, nội dung của các loại tài liệu hình thành trong hoạt động của Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam và ý nghĩa của nó đối với chính doanh nghiệp và đối với nền kinh tế - xã hội Việt Nam.

Chương 2: Thực trạng tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam (nghiên cứu tại Tổng công ty và một số đơn vị trực thuộc Tổng công ty có trụ sở trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội).

Trong chương này, chúng tôi khái quát những vấn đề lý luận và hệ thống các quy định hiện hành về tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ; Trên cơ sở đó, chúng tôi tiến hành khảo sát, đánh giá thực trạng tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam và một số đơn vị trực thuộc Tổng công ty có trụ sở trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội.

Chương 3: Một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam.

Từ thực trạng tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại TCTĐSVN, chúng tôi đưa ra những nhận xét, đánh giá về các hiệu quả, ưu điểm, hạn chế và phân tích các nguyên nhân dẫn tới các hạn chế về công tác này và nghiên cứu, đề xuất một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam.

11. Practical applications:

Kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả việc tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn có thể trở thành tài liệu tham khảo cho Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam, tài liệu cho các học viên, sinh viên tham khảo khi nghiên cứu về lĩnh vực này.

12. Future research directions:

Tiếp tục tìm hiểu và nghiên cứu các giải pháp nhằm đổi mới tổ chức, quản lý công tác lưu trữ tại Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam trên phạm vi cả nước.

First, overviewing of the theoretical issues and the system of the current regulations about organizing and managing of the archive .

Second, survey and assesst of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Third, propose some solutions to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Chapter 1: Compositions, contents and significance of archival documents which are formed in the operation of the Vietnam Railway Corporation.

The Contents of chapter 1 focuses to overview of the compositions and content of the documents forming the operation of the corporation the Vietnam Railways and its meaning for the business and for the economy - society Vietnam.

Chapter 2: The reality of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways (research at the Corporation and a number of units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi).

In this chapter, we generalize the theoretical issues and system of the current regulations on organization and management of archival work; On this basis, we conducted to survey and assessof the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways and some units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi.

Chapter 3: A number of measures to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

From the reality of the organization and managing archival work at the corporation of Vietnam Railways, we gave the opinions, evaluations of the effectiveness, strengths, limitations, and analyze the causes of the limitations of this work and studied to propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the organization, managing archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

11. Practical applicability:

The results of official thesis title iscontributed to improve the effectiveness of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways. In addition, the results of the thesis can become a reference for the Corporation of Vietnam Railways, materials for graduate students and students when they want to research in this field.

12. Further research directions:

Continue to learn and study about innovative solutions in organizing and managing archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways on a national scale.
