10. Summary of the thesis results:

During the course of my thesis, I achieved the following results:

First: An overview of the theoretical issues and current regulations regarding the organization and management of archival work.

Secondly: To survey and assess the current state of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Thirdly: Propose several solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and managing archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Chapter 1: Components, content, and significance of archival documents generated in the operations of Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Chapter 1 focuses on providing an overview of the components and content of various types of documents generated in the operations of Vietnam Railways Corporation and their significance for the enterprise itself and for the socio-economic development of Vietnam.

Chapter 2: Current status of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation (research conducted at the Corporation and some of its affiliated units located in Hanoi).

This chapter outlines the theoretical issues and current regulations regarding the organization and management of archival work. Based on this, we conduct a survey and assessment of the current state of archival organization and management at the Vietnam Railways Corporation and some of its affiliated units located in Hanoi.

Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing and managing archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Based on the current state of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation, we offer observations and assessments of the effectiveness, advantages, and limitations, analyze the causes of these limitations, and research and propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of archival organization and management at Vietnam Railways Corporation.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings contribute to improving the efficiency of organizing and managing archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation. Furthermore, the research results of this thesis can serve as a reference document for Vietnam Railways Corporation, and as a resource for trainees and students researching this field.

12. Future research directions:

Continue to explore and research solutions to innovate the organization and management of archiving work at Vietnam Railways Corporation nationwide.

First, overviewing of the theoretical issues and the system of the current regulations about organizing and managing of the archive .

Second, survey and assesst of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Third, propose some solutions to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Chapter 1: Compositions, contents and significance of archival documents which are formed in the operation of the Vietnam Railway Corporation.

The Contents of chapter 1 focuses to overview of the compositions and content of the documents forming the operation of the corporation the Vietnam Railways and its meaning for the business and for the economy - society Vietnam.

Chapter 2: The reality of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways (research at the Corporation and a number of units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi).

In this chapter, we generalize the theoretical issues and system of the current regulations on organization and management of archival work; On this basis, we conducted to survey and assessof the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways and some units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi.

Chapter 3: A number of measures to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

From the reality of the organization and managing archival work at the corporation of Vietnam Railways, we gave the opinions, evaluations of the effectiveness, strengths, limitations, and analyze the causes of the limitations of this work and studied to propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the organization, managing archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

11. Practical applicability:

The results of official thesis title iscontributed to improve the effectiveness of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways. In addition, the results of the thesis can become a reference for the Corporation of Vietnam Railways, materials for graduate students and students when they want to research in this field.

Continue to learn and study about innovative solutions in organizing and managing archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways on a national scale.
