During the implementation period, my thesis achieved the following results:

First: Overview of theoretical issues and current regulations on organization and management of archival work.

Second: Survey and evaluate the current status of organization and management of archiving work at Vietnam Railway Corporation.

Third: Propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of organization and management of archiving work at Vietnam Railway Corporation.

Chapter 1: Components, contents and significance of archival documents formed in the activities of Vietnam Railways Corporation.

Chapter 1 focuses on providing an overview of the components and contents of the types of documents formed in the operations of Vietnam Railways Corporation and their significance to the enterprise itself and to the Vietnamese socio-economic system.

Chapter 2: Current status of organization and management of archiving work at Vietnam Railway Corporation (research at the Corporation and some units under the Corporation headquartered in Hanoi).

In this chapter, we outline the theoretical issues and the current system of regulations on the organization and management of archival work; On that basis, we conduct a survey and evaluate the current situation of the organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railways Corporation and some units under the Corporation headquartered in Hanoi.

Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the efficiency of organization and management of archiving work at Vietnam Railway Corporation.

From the current situation of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railway Corporation, we make comments and assessments on the effectiveness, advantages, limitations and analyze the causes leading to limitations in this work and research and propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of organization and management of archival work at Vietnam Railway Corporation.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the topic contribute to improving the effectiveness of organizing and managing archival work at Vietnam Railway Corporation. In addition, the research results of the thesis can become reference materials for Vietnam Railway Corporation, materials for students to refer to when researching in this field.

Second, survey and assesst of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Third, propose some solutions to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

Chapter 1: Compositions, contents and significance of archival documents which are formed in the operation of the Vietnam Railway Corporation.

The Contents of chapter 1 focuses to overview of the compositions and content of the documents forming the operation of the corporation the Vietnam Railways and its meaning for the business and for the economy - society Vietnam.

Chapter 2: The reality of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways (research at the Corporation and a number of units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi).

In this chapter, we generalize the theoretical issues and system of the current regulations on organization and management of archival work; On this basis, we conducted to survey and assessof the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways and some units of corporations at headquarters in the city of Hanoi.

Chapter 3: A number of measures to improve managing and organizational effectiveness about archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

From the reality of the organization and managing archival work at the corporation of Vietnam Railways, we gave the opinions, evaluations of the effectiveness, strengths, limitations, and analyze the causes of the limitations of this work and studied to propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the organization, managing archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways.

11. Practical applicability:

The results of official thesis title iscontributed to improve the effectiveness of the organization and management of archival work at the Corporation of Vietnam Railways. In addition, the results of the thesis can become a reference for the Corporation of Vietnam Railways, materials for graduate students and students when they want to research in this field.
