11. Summary of thesis results:

During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:

The first, summarizes some theoretical and legal issues on current document standardization; researches and develops criteria for current document standardization at the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Monday, survey the quality of the current Archives of the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam according to the record standards; from there, make comments and assessments on the quality of the records and the causes of the existing problems and limitations of the records currently stored in the current Archives of the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Tuesday, based on the comparison between the theory of standard records and the current status of record quality mentioned above, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to standardize records submitted to the current Archives at the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In which, focusing on a number of solutions such as: Researching the Project on standardizing records collected to the current Archives at the Central Office of the Party; Building and completing the system of documents regulating and guiding the current record-making work at the Central Office of the Party; Strengthening the propaganda, dissemination and dissemination of the responsibilities, roles and significance in the record-making and submission of records to the current archives at the Central Office of the Party.

12. Practical application:

- The results of the thesis are a source of reference documents to help the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam research and issue specific standards for documents submitted to the current Archives.

- The results of the thesis are also reference materials for undergraduate and postgraduate training in Archival Studies.

11. Summary of the Results of the Thesis:

We have obtained some results during the time of research:

Firstly,introduce briefly about laws, regulations connected to standadise the current records; reasearch, develop criterion to standadize the current collected records at the Central Party Office.

Secondly,this thesis made an investigation and evaluation of the current records preserved in the Central Party Archives Storage. Based on the findings, we have mainly made evaluations and remarks on the advantages and disadvantages; made recommendations on how to improve the quality of setting the current records in the Central Party Archives Storage.

Third, based on the theory and practice on setting current records, we formed some recommendations on how to standardize current records collected at the Central Party Archives Storage. We centrally focus on some methods, such as: research Project about standardizing the current collected records at Central Party Office Archives Storage; build and complete the legal system connected to set the current records at the Central Party Office; enhance, propagate and raise the awareness of the role, responsibility and the meaningfulness on setting and delivering the current records to the Central Party Office Archives Storage.

- This result is referential document resource to the Central Party Office to study and promulgate specific standards of the setting records to the current archives.

- Besides, thesis is also a reference document for the readers, scientists, students in the Archeology graduation and post-graduation of Vietnam.
