10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has mentioned some concepts of policies as well as science and technology policies in applying research results into practice. The thesis also affirmed the role, significance and value of financial policies for the application of research results into practice, especially in the agricultural sector. The thesis has studied and surveyed the actual conditions of applying research results of topics carried out in Gia Lai province in the period from 2000 to 2010 and the situation of applying these research results in localities in Gia Lai province and identified barriers affecting the application of research results into practice and proposed financial solutions suitable for Gia Lai province as well as other localities.

From the above orientation, the author of the thesis proposes groups of solutions using state financial policies to promote the application of research results in agriculture into practice:

- Some specific financial policies for units, organizations and individuals participating in the process of promoting the application of research results in the agricultural sector into practice in Gia Lai province. In which, focusing on the use of capital from the state budget, credit policy and tax policy.

- The selection of subjects for immediate financial support from the State creates conditions for influencing other subjects to participate in the process of promoting the application of research results. The impacts of the policy have been specifically analyzed to see the advantages and limitations brought about by the policy.

- A group of supporting solutions to promote the effective use of financial policies to promote the application of research results in the agricultural sector.

Practical applicability: The thesis has proposed to Gia Lai province a number of specific financial policies for units, organizations and individuals participating in the process of promoting the application of research results in the agricultural sector into practice, aiming to widely apply research results and improve the effectiveness of scientific research in the province.

This Thesis also confirms the role, significance, value of financial policies for the application of research results into practice, especially in the agricultural sector. Thesis research has examined the actual conditions on the application of the research results of the topics to be implemented in Gia Lai province in the period from 2000 to 2010 and the situation of applying the results studies at the local Gia Lai province and identify the barriers affecting the application of research results into practice and proposed financial solutions to suit Gia Lai province as well as other localities.
