Based on the Law on Organization of Local Government 2015 and other documents of the City People's Committee, Thanh Tri District People's Committee to clearly state the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the District People's Committee and the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Thanh Tri District.
