10. Summary of thesis results:

- Closely following the research axis oriented by the topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted, and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem. That is the role and relationship between social networks and content development on Vietnamese electronic newspapers - a common trend in the development of modern journalism.

- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the current situation of using information on social networks to develop electronic newspaper content, based on a survey of major electronic newspapers such as Dan Tri, VnExpress, Vietnamplus, Vietnamnet and social networks Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram... clearly indicating the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of the disadvantages; along with a survey of public feedback and in-depth interviews with experts, as a basis for proposing solutions to overcome the disadvantages.

- Based on the theoretical and practical basis that has been researched and surveyed, the thesis makes specific proposals and recommendations for press agencies in developing content and improving the quality of articles when collecting information on social networks in the coming time. Press agencies need to perform well their roles, responsibilities, be proactive and active in collecting information from the public on social networks, verify the accuracy and develop useful content; Improve the capacity of the team of reporters and specialized journalists; Diversify content, improve the form of transmission; Make practical contributions to help the press in general, print and electronic newspapers in particular, better perform their roles and missions in the face of issues related to economics, politics, culture and society in our country during the period of comprehensively promoting industrialization, modernization, integration and development.

Focusing the research that is oriented by topics, from journalistic theoretical basis, analyzed thesis, synthesis, interpretation, and developed a theoretical basis related to research problems. That is the role, the relationship between social networks and the development content of electronic Vietnamese newspapers - a general trend in the development of modern journalism.

Based on theoretical issues, thesis investigated, assessing the situation on the use of information on social networks to develop electronic contents, based on a survey of newspaper pages e-mail such as Dantri, VnExpress, VietnamPlus, Vietnamnet and social networks such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ... indicates advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of disadvantages; along with surveying the feedback from the public and experts in-depth interviews, as a basis for recommendations, remedies drawbacks.

From a theoretical basis and practical basis researched and investigated, these make proposals and specific recommendations to the press agencies in the development of content, the improvement of quality of the articles when collecting the information on social networks in the future.

Press agencies need to implement the role, responsibility, raise the sense of initiative, activity in collecting information from the public on the social network, to verify the accuracy and develop useful content; to improve the capacity reporter team, specialized journalists; to diversify the content, improve forms of transport, which helps the press; in general, print and electronic media; in particular; perform better its role before the issues of economy, politics, culture and society in the comprehensive period of accelerated industrialization and the modernization, integration and development.
