At the same time, the thesis also builds an empirical model in those conversations according to the research direction of Halliday's systemic functional grammar.

- The thesis points out the characteristics of atmosphere that are expressed through personal expression (attitude, engagement strategy, escalation strategy) and social distance in conversations.
