11. Summary of the thesis results:(Summarize the results of the thesis, emphasizing any new findings.)
The thesis, spanning over 60 pages, is structured with the following information:
1. Introduction (12 pages): This section should highlight the urgency, provide an overview of the research situation, and present research questions and hypotheses, thereby structuring the content concisely yet comprehensively.
2. Content Section (45 pages)Divided into 3 Chapters
ButChapter 1 (16 pages) – Basic theoretical basis of information management for standardization activitiesThis section outlines the theoretical basis for information management in standardization activities, particularly based on the legal regulations of the WTO for member countries, in order to assess the extent to which Vietnam has complied with WTO regulations since joining the WTO.
ButChapter 2 (17 pages) – Current status of information management for standardization activities in VietnamBased on an assessment of the information management situation in other countries and the current state of information management in Vietnam regarding standardization activities, it can be concluded that a better solution to meet the tasks and more effectively fulfill Vietnam's obligations as a WTO member is to overcome limitations by building more modern systems through upgrading or creating new information websites, focusing on more electronic and synchronized information. This will gradually resolve the obstacles in Vietnam's operations within the scope of the WTO TBT Agreement. These are the new contributions of this thesis.
ButChapter 3 (12 pages) – Solutions for creating electronic information for standardization activities in Vietnam from now until 2020Establishing an official Electronic Information Portal – a unified information channel – to connect TBT Points within the Vietnam TBT Network, the Vietnam TBT Office, the WTO TBT Committee, and domestic and foreign agencies and businesses is a crucial solution that needs to be promoted as soon as possible. This Electronic Information Portal will provide timely and comprehensive information on TBT on a wide scale, helping to make the activities of state management agencies more transparent when formulating regulations in the fields of standardization, technical regulations, and product and goods quality.
3. Conclusion and Recommendations (2 pages)Proposals include: early establishment of an official Vietnamese e-portal modeled after the US e-portal; application of e-administration software for the Vietnam TBT Network (initially the Vietnam TBT Office); and the creation of a database based on the digitization of all documents related to activities regulated by the WTO.
12. Practical applications:(if any)
This applies to implementation at the national focal point on TBT (Vietnam TBT Office) as well as at TBT Points within the Vietnam TBT Network, because the official electronic portal on TBT issues will support businesses in easily accessing information and developing skills in analyzing and forecasting domestic and international commodity markets, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and effectively penetrating markets for Vietnamese products and goods.
13. Future research directions:(if any)
When information management is implemented electronically and becomes a regular and necessary trend, research directions after 2020 could develop towards using portals for online training (e-learning) or online meetings (in the form of teleconferences).
14. Published works related to the thesis:Are not

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:(Summarize them with stress on the new findings, if any)
The Thesis consists of 60 pages which is divided into 3 main parts as follows:
12. Practical applicability, if any:Application in National TBT Point (TBT Vietnam Office) and other TBT Points in Vietnam TBT Network. The Official TBT Portal will provide support and easy access for enterprises, which helps form analysis skills, predict domestic and world commodity markets, then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and effective market access of Vietnam goods and products.
13. Further research directions, if any:At the time when the electronic information management is smoothly operated and becomes regular activities, there is a need for research after 2020 in which the Portal can be considered to be developed towards online trainings (e-learning) or online conferences (in the form of teleconference).
