-Systematize the theoretical foundations of restaurants, restaurant business, the concept of Vietnamese style restaurants, factors affecting restaurant business, analyze restaurant business experiences of countries around the world and in Southeast Asia and Asia.
- Overview of the current situation of Vietnamese restaurants in Hanoi, analysis of customer sources, facilities, human resources, business results, marketing measures of Sen restaurant system and Quan An Ngon restaurant, customer satisfaction and evaluation of restaurant services.
- Point out the shortcomings and limitations of the business activities of the Sen restaurant system, Quan An Ngon in particular and Vietnamese restaurants in general from the exploitation and attraction of customers, to menu development, processing organization, service organization and application of marketing solutions in the restaurant. At the same time, propose solutions to contribute to preserving and promoting Vietnamese culinary culture in general and Hanoi culinary culture in particular, promoting and professionalizing the food and beverage service business activities for tourists, attracting the attention of domestic and international tourists.
