10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis researched and clarified three main contents: the context of the reforms in Myanmar; the progress of the reforms in the fields of politics, economics, and foreign relations; and the impact of these reforms on Myanmar's international relations with several major countries such as the US, China, India, Japan, Russia, organizations such as ASEAN, the EU, and Vietnam.

The research findings of this thesis have clarified the overall picture of the current reforms taking place in Myanmar: the reasons why Myanmar is undertaking reforms, how the reforms are unfolding, the achievements made, as well as the difficulties and advantages of the reforms; and how the attitudes, views, and policies of major powers have changed after the Myanmar government implemented these reforms.

Many works and studies have been written about Myanmar in general, and articles both domestically and internationally have focused on the reforms in this country in particular. However, this thesis is a specific and comprehensive study of these reforms.

Reforms in Myanmar are still ongoing, so the research findings in this thesis are timely and relevant.

The research findings of this thesis provide readers with useful, timely, and up-to-date information, along with a multifaceted and comprehensive view of the reforms in particular and information about the country and people of Myanmar in general, which is still largely unfamiliar to many.

The reform is still ongoing, and no one can be certain about its outcome. Therefore, predicting the trends and results of the reform under different scenarios will be an interesting direction for further research on this topic.

  1. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis has studied and clarified three key issues: Background reforms in Myanmar; The process of reform in the fields of politics, economics and foreign affairs; The impact of this reform on Myanmar's international relations with a number of major countries such as USA, China, India, Japan, Russia, organizations such as ASEAN, the EU, and Vietnam.

The results of the thesis was to clarify the whole picture of the current reform in Myanmar: reasons for change, how it is taking place, what the achievements have achieved, as well as the difficulties and advantages of the reform; how the major powers have changed their opinions, attitudes, opinions and policies towards Myanmar after a series of reform.

There have been many works and researches on Myanmar in general, and foreign written about reform in this country in particular, but this thesis specifically focuses on the reform.

As the reform in Myanmar is still ongoing, so the results of the thesis is a topical updated research.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The results of the thesis provide readers with useful and updated information, multiple and comprehensive perspectives regarding the reform in particular and the Myanmar country and people in general, which are inherently new to others.

13. Further research directions, if any:

The reform is going on, however, its result is hard to be sure. Therefore, forecasts on trends and as well as the results of the reforms with different scenarios will be interesting further research directions.
