Summarizing the process of theoretical and practical research on adaptation to the situation of having autistic children in Hanoi parents, the author draws the following conclusions:
-About theoretical research
+ Provide a system of concepts for the topic: Concept of adaptation; adaptation to the situation of having children; adaptation to the situation of having autistic children;
+ We considered and evaluated the expressions of adaptation to the situation of having an autistic child in parents in three aspects: cognition, attitude-emotion and behavior. These factors interact with each other to create the process of adaptation with diverse levels in parents. Psychosocial adaptation to the situation of having an autistic child in parents is also expressed in three aspects: cognition, attitude-emotion-behavior;
+ There are many factors that affect the process of adapting to the situation of having an autistic child in parents. There are two main groups of factors: objective factors and subjective factors. The influence of the factors also makes the adaptation process different in speed and slowness, positive and negative.

Practical research results show that:
+ Most of the adaptation to the situation of having an autistic child in Hanoi parents is average. There are some parents who have difficulty adapting and some who adapt well to the situation of having an autistic child.
+ The cognitive adaptation process is relatively active.
+ The process of attitude-emotional adaptation is also positive, most parents adapt at an average level. Some parents adapt well.
+ The process of behavioral adaptation is difficult for parents, they appear to adapt slowly and sometimes poorly.
+ Factors affecting the process of adapting to the situation of having an autistic child are very diverse: education, ability to withstand pressure, hopes and expectations for the child, the child's gender, age...
+ In short, the author has proven the hypothesis put forward at the beginning to be correct.
11. Practical application:
Research on parents' adaptation to the situation of having autistic children to show their adaptation to their situation. At the same time, identify the factors that affect that adaptation process. From there, there are solutions to support parents to help them adapt better. At the same time, there are recommendations for people in the same situation, the social community to share and help parents with autistic children;

In the coming time, we will continue to expand our research with the following content:
- Expand the scope of research to autistic children in areas other than Hanoi;

Eneralizing studying the theoretical and practical adaptation to the circumstances that autistic children the parents in Hanoi, the author draws the following conclusions:
+ Provide system concept for the theme: adaptive concept; adapt to the circumstances with children ; adapt to situations with autism;
+ These expressions there adapt to with circumstances in the parents autistic children are our review in three aspects: cognition, emotional- attitude and behavior. These factors interact with each other creating processes to adapt to the diversity of their parents. Psychosocial adaptation to the circumstances of the parents autistic children are also manifested in three aspects: Cognitive, emotional- attitude, behavioral.
+ There are many factors that impact on the process of adaptation to the circumstances of the parents autistic children. There are two main groups of factors: objective factors and subjective factors. The influence of these factors also makes the process of adaptation at different rates, positive and negative.
Practical research's results show that:
+ Much of the adaptation with the circumstances of the parents there autistic children in Hanoi is average. There are some parents there difficulty adapting and some are well adapted to the situation there autistic children.
+ The process of adaptation is relatively proactive in cognitively.
+ Process adaptive emotional- attitude is also positive, the majority of parents adaptive is average. Some parents adapt well.
+ The process of adaptation in terms of behavior is more difficult for the parents, they prove slow to adapt and adapt when is low.
+ Factors affecting the process of adapting to circumstances child with autism is very diverse: education, tolerance to stress, the hopes and expectations of the child, the child's sex, age ... ..
