During the course of our research, we achieved the following results:

- Firstly, the thesis has clarified the general theory of state management in archival work, clarifying the theoretical and practical foundations as well as the basic contents of state management of archives.

Secondly, the thesis objectively presented the current state of state management of archives in Ninh Binh province. Based on that, it provided assessments of the positive aspects and limitations of this work.

- Thirdly, the thesis has researched and developed effective solutions to help improve the efficiency of state management of archival work in Ninh Binh province.

The findings of this thesis will serve as an important and highly applicable reference source for improving the quality and effectiveness of state management of archival work, as well as maximizing the value of Ninh Binh province's archival documents.

During implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

Firstly, it clarifies the general theories about the State management of archival works, theoretical basis, practical basis as well as fundamental content of the State management of archival works.

Secondly, it presents an overview of the current State management of archival works in Ninh Binh province. Artifacts, assessments on advantages and disadvantages are mentioned.

Finally, it proposes methods for improving the efficiency of State management of archival works in Ninh Binh province.

The results obtained from the thesis will be important data resources of high applicability for improving the quality and efficiency of the State management of archival works as well as promoting the enormous value of the archives in Ninh Binh province.
