During the implementation period, our thesis achieved the following results:

- Firstly, the thesis has clarified the general theory of state management in archival work, clarified the theoretical and practical bases as well as the basic contents of state management in archival work.

- Second, the thesis has objectively presented the current state of state management of archival work in Ninh Binh province. On that basis, it has made assessments of the positive points and limitations of this work.

- Third, the thesis has researched, developed and proposed effective solutions to help improve the effectiveness of state management of archival work in Ninh Binh province.

12. Practical application:

The results of the thesis will be one of the important reference sources, with high applicability for improving the quality and effectiveness of state management of archival work as well as promoting the great value that archival documents of Ninh Binh province bring.

During implementation, our thesis has achieved the following results:

Firstly, it clarifies the general theories about the State management of archival works, theoretical basis, practical basis as well as fundamental content of the State management of archival works.

Secondly, it presents an overview of the current State management of archival works in Ninh Binh province. Artifacts, assessments on advantages and disadvantages are mentioned.

Finally, it proposes methods for improving the efficiency of State management of archival works in Ninh Binh province.

12. Practical applicability:

The results obtained from the thesis will be important data resources of high applicability for improving the quality and efficiency of the State management of archival works as well as promoting the enormous value of the archives in Ninh Binh province.
