The study analyzed the awareness of policy officers about their roles and responsibilities in supporting employment for the poor in Long Bien district. In addition, the study also pointed out the forms of employment support, effectiveness, difficulties, advantages as well as solutions to make the employment support policy more and more complete. Based on the analysis of the research results of the topic. The specific research results are as follows:
Grassroots policy officers play an important role in implementing policies to support employment for the poor. This team has also contributed greatly to supporting employment for the poor, providing employment information, and acting as a bridge between businesses or employers and the employment needs of the poor.
The role of policy officers is not only reflected in social expectations or the expectations of the poor, but the officers themselves also realize that they have a very important role and want to have the conditions to fully promote their role.
The policy staff attaches great importance to grasping the guidelines and policies of Party committees and authorities at all levels in their respective fields, considering it a task and a basis for better implementing policies to support employment for the poor.
Employment support for the poor does not stop at finding and directly supporting jobs, but the forms of support are also indirectly expressed in other forms such as: supporting the poor to borrow capital to invest in production, create jobs, income, provide job information or promote/connect with the needs of organizations and businesses providing jobs.
The process of assessing poor households in wards takes place in accordance with regulations, referring to the poverty standards of the Government and the poverty level issued by the Hanoi People's Committee as a basis.
The forms and scales of employment support for the poor have been increasingly improved in recent years.
The need for employment of the poor is considered an urgent issue in today's society. Therefore, it attracts the attention of many researchers in many different fields such as: labor management, social security, policy planning to psychological research, social work.
Solutions to enhance the role of policy officials and the effectiveness of supporting employment for the poor are proposed, including: (i) perfecting mechanisms and policies; (ii) shifting economic structures to create more jobs for the poor; (iii) strengthening job promotion, introduction, and support; (iv) promoting overseas labor export; (v) supporting production capital for the poor.
11. Practical application:
The topic has provided an overview of the role and responsibility of grassroots policy officers in supporting and solving employment for the poor in our country today. Through survey data, the study has pointed out the awareness, role and importance of policy officers, forms of employment support for the poor, advantages and difficulties in the policy implementation process as well as factors affecting the issuance of policies, the role and responsibility of grassroots officers and the wishes of the poor expressed through the solutions that the study has proposed.
In addition, the topic also provides some recommendations to help policy makers, social managers, grassroots officials and relevant agencies to better implement support policies and solve employment for the poor in Long Bien district in particular and in our country in general.
12. Further research directions:
In Social Work, the poor are considered one of the vulnerable groups that need attention and assistance. The poor who have escaped poverty are still not sure that they will not "fall" back into poverty, so to achieve the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, we need to consider many factors.

The study has included the overview of the role and responsibilities of government officials in support of base, creating jobs for the poor in our country today. Through survey data, the study showed cognitive role and importance of personnel policies, forms of support for the poor, the advantages and difficulties in the implementation process as well as the factors of affecting the policy issued, the role and responsibilities of local officials and the desire of the poor expressed by the research solution that came up.
In addition, subjects also made a number of recommendations to help policy makers, social management, local officials and concerned agencies to better implement supportive policies, resolve for the poor in the Long Bien district in particular and our country in general.
