- This thesis provides an overview of the content of documents on organizational and personnel work belonging to the Ministry of Interior's archives from 1954 to 1970, currently being accessed and preserved at the National Archives Center III. Through this, readers and researchers can access the content of this body of documents systematically.
- This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the multifaceted value of this collection of documents, enabling readers and researchers to accurately assess its value. Simultaneously, it outlines the current state of scientific organization, exploitation, and utilization of the organizational and personnel documents in the Ministry of Interior Archives (1954-1970). From this, it proposes solutions to overcome limitations in the scientific organization and exploitation of this archival collection, thereby effectively maximizing its value in research and management.
