10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on theoretical and practical research on the work ethic of employees at the Online Educational Games Joint Stock Company, this research examines the manifestation of employee work ethic in the following aspects: proactive work, work enthusiasm, creativity in work, and effort to overcome difficulties. Among these manifestations, the level of proactive work ethic is the highest.The study also investigates the factors influencing and impacting employee work motivation and proposes recommendations to improve employee work motivation at the Online Educational Games Joint Stock Company.

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for businesses, managers, and employees at the Online Educational Games Joint Stock Company in particular, and for businesses and managers in general, to help them improve work motivation and efficiency.
12. Future research directions:
If conditions and time permit, we will develop a research topic exploring the relationship between work motivation and the psychological atmosphere within a workplace.

On the basis of theoretical studies and the realities of the proactive attitude at work of the employees at Education Online Game Joint-Stock Company, the research topic expresses the proactive attitude of the employees on the aspects such as proactive, eager, creative to work and efforts to overcome difficulties. Among these aspects, active level in terms of proactive in working is the highest, the project also learns the factors that affect and impact positively on the proactive attitude of the employees as well as propose the recommendations to enhance the active attitude at work of the employees in Education online Game Joint-Stock Company.

The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for enterprises, managers and employees at Educational Online Game Joint-Stock Company in particular and the business, and other managers in general to support measures in order to increase the active attitude at work and work efficiency.
