The thesis achieved the following results:
+ Overview of the theoretical basis of quality in culinary tourism products, and the development of criteria for evaluating the quality of culinary tourism products in general, and Northwestern Vietnamese cuisine in particular.
+ To determine the current situation and assess the quality of culinary products in Hoa Binh and Son La provinces in relation to tourism development.
+ Propose several solutions to exploit and develop the culinary tourism potential of Northwest Vietnam.

This serves as a basis for evaluating the quality of culinary tourism products in Hoa Binh and Son La provinces.
12. Future research directions:
Compare and evaluate the quality of culinary tourism products of the remaining provinces of Northwest Vietnam and of Northwest Vietnam in comparison with other regions.

+ The thesis proposes a number of solutions to exploit the potential tourism development of Northwest cuisine.
