In chapter 1, the author studies theoretical issues such as related concepts and terms, meanings, measures, and principles of archival management organization, and systematizes the legal basis for archival management organization.
Chapter 2. Current status of organization and management of archiving work of the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion
In this chapter, the author will outline and introduce basic information about the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion and the documents formed here. Based on the scientific foundations presented in chapter 1, the author conducts a survey, evaluates the current situation and results of the organization and management of the Institute's archives. Thereby, the author comments and evaluates the advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations in the organization and management of archives as a basis and basis for proposing appropriate solutions in chapter 3.
Chapter 3. Solution for organizing and managing archived documents of the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion
Based on and applying the theoretical basis and assessment of the current situation studied in Chapters 1 and 2, the author proposes 02 groups of solutions to organize and manage archival work effectively and increasingly modernize, including: The group of comprehensive solutions provides solutions related to raising awareness and understanding of archival work, issuing regulatory documents of agencies, applying information technology...; The group of professional solutions provides solutions on developing a project to edit documents, digitize and build a database, issue a list of records and a table of retention periods for records and documents.
11. Practical application
Firstly: The thesis is a research work based on a system of scientific theoretical foundations applied to survey and evaluate practices at a specific unit, so it has reference value in the process of scientific research, research on the organization and management of archival work at institutes and hospitals.
Second: It is the basis for consulting and proposing to the leadership of the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to consider applying appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of organizing and managing archiving work.
12. Further research directions
