This thesis develops a theoretical framework for organizing the production of local special-page information in print newspapers, including: several concepts, processes, and methods for organizing the production of local special-page information in print newspapers; and the requirements, characteristics, and criteria for evaluating the quality of organizing the production of local special-page information in print newspapers.
This thesis analyzes the current state of information production organization on the Hanoi page of Nhan Dan Newspaper in terms of content and form; evaluates the quality of information production organization on the Hanoi page of Nhan Dan Newspaper in terms of content and form, pointing out strengths and weaknesses. Based on this, it proposes solutions to improve the quality of information organization on the Hanoi page of Nhan Dan Newspaper in the future.
The results of this thesis contribute to outlining the process and current state of information production organization on the Hanoi page of Nhan Dan Newspaper in particular, and the methods of organizing the production of local information pages in print newspapers in general.

The thesis analyzes the current situation of information production and organizational activities on the Hanoi specialized section on Nhan Dan Daily Newspaper in terms of content and form; Assessing the quality of information production organization on the paper in terms of content and form, pointing out advantages and limitations. From there, solutions to improve the quality of information organization on the Hanoi Page in the coming time would be suggested.
