Chapter 2. Current status of agency archiving work and measuring factors affecting archiving management at specialized agencies of Da Nang city
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, in Chapter 2, the author analyzes and evaluates the current situation and results of archival work implementation at specialized agencies of Da Nang city, draws conclusions on advantages, limitations, causes and conducts surveys, measurements, analyses and evaluates factors affecting the effectiveness of archival management of these agencies.

Based on the results of measuring the impact of factors on the effectiveness of archival management in chapter 2, in chapter 3 the author proposes groups of solutions to overcome limitations and improve the effectiveness of archival management in specialized agencies of Da Nang city. The groups of solutions focus on the following issues: Continue to strengthen the direction of agency leaders on archival work; complete the system of documents regulating archival work; increase the application of information technology and investment in funding, ensure facilities for archival work; improve the quality, arrange sufficient quantity and implement preferential treatment for the team working in archival work of the agency; stabilize the organization and strengthen the role of advising on state management of archival work of Da Nang city.
11. Practical application
Based on the results of research, measurement and evaluation, the thesis will have the ability to be applied in practice such as:
Firstly: help specialized agencies of Da Nang city to correctly assess the current status of archival work and apply solutions suitable to the reality of the agency to properly implement current regulations on archival work.
Second: help agencies identify the factors that affect and the level of impact of each factor on archival work, thereby proactively advising and implementing to improve the effectiveness of agency archival management.
Third: help the state management agency of archival work of Da Nang city have an overall view of the current status of archival work of specialized agencies and accurately determine the causes and factors affecting archival work, thereby having direction and guidance for implementation in accordance with reality.
Fourth: The proposals in the thesis can be used to advise and propose competent state agencies to promulgate and implement policies and laws on archival work.
Fifth: some content can be used as learning materials for research and teaching.

Based on the research results in this thesis, in the future, if there is an opportunity, the author will continue to research the factors affecting the management of archival work of all administrative agencies in Da Nang city and propose comprehensive solutions to contribute to improving the quality of archival work of the city.

11. Applicability in practice
Based on the results of research, measurement and evaluation, the thesis will have practical applicability such as:
First: to help specialized institutions of Da Nang city to properly assess the actual situation of archival work and apply solutions suitable to the reality of the agency to strictly comply with current regulations on archival work.
