Firstly, it helps specialized agencies in Da Nang city to accurately assess the current state of archival work and apply solutions appropriate to the agency's reality in order to comply with current regulations on archival work.
Secondly, it helps agencies identify the factors affecting archiving work, as well as the extent of each factor's impact, thereby enabling them to proactively advise and implement measures to improve the efficiency of agency archiving management.
Thirdly: it helps the state management agency for archives in Da Nang city to gain an overall view of the current state of archives work in specialized agencies and accurately identify the causes and factors affecting archives work, thereby enabling them to provide guidance and direction that is consistent with reality.
Fourthly: the proposals in this thesis can be used to advise and recommend to competent state agencies the issuance and implementation of policies and laws on archival work.

Based on the results of research, measurement and evaluation, the thesis will have practical applicability such as:
First: to help specialized institutions of Da Nang city to properly assess the actual situation of archival work and apply solutions suitable to the reality of the agency to strictly comply with current regulations on archival work.
