Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of office operations and standardization of office operations.
In Chapter 1, the author outlines some general theoretical issues concerning offices and office operations; the purpose, significance, principles, content, and standardization process of office operations; and identifies the responsibilities for managing and implementing office operation standardization.
Chapter 2. Current Status of Standardization of Office Operations at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union
Based on the scientific theory presented in Chapter 1, the author conducts a survey of the current situation and evaluates the results of standardizing office operations at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union. The survey includes the following issues: Developing and promulgating standards for office operations; Disseminating and guiding these standards to relevant stakeholders; Checking, monitoring, evaluating, and addressing implementation results; Adjusting and supplementing standards as needed. Based on the results obtained, the author provides observations and assessments of the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these weaknesses in the standardization of office operations at the Central Office of the Union.
Chapter 3. Solutions for further standardizing office operations at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union.
In Chapter 3, based on the analysis of the current state of office operations at the Central Office of the Association, the author proposed several specific solutions to further standardize office operations and improve their effectiveness. These solutions are formulated to reflect reality, with specific descriptions of objectives and implementation methods, and are hoped to be feasible and applicable to the organization.
11. Practical applications
Firstly, the research findings of this thesis can help raise awareness among the leadership, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Women's Union Central Office regarding office operations and standardizing office activities.
Secondly, the findings of this thesis can be used as a reference to develop a plan for implementing measures to improve the efficiency of standardizing office operations at the Central Office of the Association.
Thirdly, the thesis topic also contributes to developing a direction for other research topics with a similar focus on standardizing office operations in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
12. Future research directions
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the author wishes to continue researching issues related to the standardization of responsibility and operational efficiency of political and social organizations' offices in Vietnam in the future.

In chapter 1, the author has outlined some general theoretical issues about offices and office work, purpose, meaning, principles, content and process of standardization of office work; at the same time, defines the responsibility for management and standardization of office work.
Chapter 2. Current situation of standardization of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union
Based on the scientific theory presented in Chapter 1, the author has conducted a survey on the current situation, and assessed the results of standardization of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union. The survey contents include the following issues: Build and promote standards on office work; Disseminate and guide those standards to relevant audiences; Inspect, monitor, evaluate and handle the results of implementation; Adjust and supplement standards when needed. On the basis of the obtained results, the author makes comments and assesses the advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations in the standardization of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
Chapter 3. Solutions to further standardize office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union
In Chapter 3, from the results of analyzing the current situation of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union, the author has proposed some specific solutions to further standardize office work, and further improve the efficiency of this work. The proposed solutions are all in line with reality, with specific description of purposes and measures, hopefully feasible and available to the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
11. Practical applicability
Firstly, the research results of the thesis can help improve the awareness of leaders, officials, civil servants and employees of the Central Vietnam Women's Union about office work, and standardization of office work.
Secondly, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference to make a plan for implementing measures to improve the efficiency of standardization of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
Thirdly, the thesis title also contributes to the development of orientations for other research projects which have the same research direction towards standardization of office work in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results of this thesis, in the coming time, the author desires to continue studying the issues related to the standard of responsibility and efficiency of office work in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
