Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of office activities and standardization of office activities
In chapter 1, the author outlines some general theoretical issues about offices and office activities; the purpose, meaning, principles, content and procedures for standardizing office activities; and at the same time identifies the responsibility for managing and implementing standardizing office activities.
Chapter 2. Current status of standardizing office activities at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union
Based on the scientific theory presented in Chapter 1, the author conducted a survey of the current situation and evaluated the results of standardizing office activities at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union. The survey contents include the following issues: Developing and promulgating standards on office activities; Disseminating and guiding those standards to relevant subjects; Checking, monitoring and evaluating, handling implementation results; Adjusting and supplementing standards when necessary. Based on the results obtained, the author made comments and evaluated the advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations in standardizing office activities at the Central Office of the Union.
Chapter 3. Solutions to continue standardizing office activities at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union
In Chapter 3, from the results of analyzing the current state of office activities at the Central Office of the Association, the author proposed a number of specific solutions to continue to standardize office activities and further improve the effectiveness of this work. The solutions were formed in accordance with reality, with specific descriptions of the purpose and implementation measures, hoping to be feasible and applicable to the agency.
11. Practical application
Firstly, the research results of the thesis can help raise awareness of the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union about office activities and standardizing office activities.
Second, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference to develop a plan to implement measures to improve the effectiveness of standardizing office activities at the Central Office of the Association.
Third, the thesis topic also contributes to developing orientations for other research topics with the same direction of standardizing office activities in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, the author wishes to continue researching issues related to the standardization of responsibilities and effectiveness of office operations of socio-political organizations in Vietnam.

The proposed solutions are all in line with reality, with specific description of purposes and measures, hopefully feasible and available to the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
11. Practical applicability
Firstly, the research results of the thesis can help improve the awareness of leaders, officials, civil servants and employees of the Central Vietnam Women's Union about office work, and standardization of office work.
Secondly, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference to make a plan for implementing measures to improve the efficiency of standardization of office work at the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
Thirdly, the thesis title also contributes to the development of orientations for other research projects which have the same research direction towards standardization of office work in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results of this thesis, in the coming time, the author desires to continue studying the issues related to the standard of responsibility and efficiency of office work in socio-political organizations in Vietnam.
