Chapter 1. General Theory of Office and Information Technology
In Chapter 1, the author outlines some general theoretical issues concerning offices and office operations; the function, position, and role of offices; some general theoretical issues concerning information technology and its applications; and the capabilities, role, and conditions for applying information technology.
Chapter 2. Current status of information technology application in office operations at the People's Committee of Don Duong District
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, the author conducts a survey and assessment of the current state of information technology application at the People's Committee of Don Duong District. In this chapter, the author uses observation and in-depth interviews with officials and specialists at the Don Duong District Office to gain a more comprehensive and objective view of the issue.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the application of IT in office operations at the People's Committee of Don Duong District.
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in Chapter 2, the author has pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of the issue and proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of information technology application at the People's Committee of Don Duong District, Lam Dong Province.
11. Practical applications
Firstly, based on the research results presented in this thesis, the People's Committee of Don Duong District can identify existing limitations in the application of information technology and understand the reasons behind the unsatisfactory results. From this, they can refer to the solutions proposed by the author to improve the application of information technology in the agency's operations. Furthermore, the People's Committees of other districts in Lam Dong province and neighboring provinces can refer to this research and apply it appropriately to their own agencies.
Secondly, it helps leaders become more aware of and better understand the vision and role that IT brings, so that they can make decisions and manage the agency's operations in the most convenient and effective way.
Thirdly, it is an important learning resource for research and teaching.
12. Future research directions
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the author will continue to study issues related to digital transformation in office management at the People's Committee of Don Duong District in the future to understand how office management needs to keep pace with international integration trends and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

12. Future research directions:
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, the author continues to study issues related to digital transformation in office administration at the People's Committee of Don Duong district to see that the content of office administration needs to catch up with the trend of international integration and the industrial revolution 4.0.
