Chapter 2. Current status of information technology application in office activities at Don Duong District People's Committee
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, the author conducts a survey and evaluates the current status of information technology application at the People's Committee of Don Duong District. In this chapter, the author uses observation methods and in-depth interviews with officials and experts at the Don Duong District Office to have a more comprehensive and objective view of the above issue.
Chapter 3. Solutions to improve the application of IT in office activities at the People's Committee of Don Duong district
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in chapter 2, the author pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of the problem, thereby proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of applying information technology at the People's Committee of Don Duong district, Lam Dong province.
11. Practical application
Firstly: based on the research results in the thesis, the People's Committee of Don Duong district can see that there are limitations in the application of IT, see the causes of poor results. From there, it is possible to refer to the solutions that the author has proposed to enhance and improve the application of IT in the agency's activities. Through this, the People's Committees of districts in Lam Dong province and neighboring provinces can refer to the research work to apply appropriately for the agency.
Second: help leaders become more aware and understand the vision and role that IT brings, so that they can make decisions, operate, and manage agency activities in the most convenient and effective way.
Third: is an important learning material for research and teaching.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, the author will continue to research issues related to digital transformation in office management at the People's Committee of Don Duong district to see that the content of office management needs to keep up with the trend of international integration and the 4.0 industrial revolution.
