Chapter 1.Theoretical basistheory of storage service organization
In chapter 1, the author outlines some issues on theoretical and legal basis related to the organization of archival service activities, and identifies the tasks and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in providing archival services.
Chapter 2. Current status of archival service provision of Hai Duong Provincial Historical Archives Center, survey of archival service needs of agencies and units in Hai Duong province.
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, in Chapter 2, the author analyzes and evaluates the current situation, provision process, and results of organizing the provision of archival services at agencies and units in the area, thereby drawing conclusions about the advantages and limitations in the process of providing archival services.
Chapter 3. Solution for organizing archival service provision of Hai Duong Provincial Historical Archives Center

Firstly, it helps the system have a theoretical basis and legal basis for archival service activities, which helps provincial Historical Archives Centers have the basis to organize archival services in parallel with performing professional tasks.
Second: correctly assess the current situation and demand for providing storage services, thereby helping storage managers correctly assess the current situation to come up with appropriate solutions to promote and encourage the development of storage service provision.
Third: Help agencies and units understand the role and importance of archival work and the need to organize the provision of archival services in unified management, scientific organization, and effective exploitation and use of archival documents to serve local socio-economic development.
Fourth: help improve the position of the archival industry in general and archivists in particular.
Fifth: The proposals in the thesis can be used to advise and propose competent state agencies to promulgate and implement policies and laws on archival work.

12. Further research directions
Based on the research results, in the future, if there is an opportunity, the author will continue to research the organization of archival services with many diverse types of services such as archival transportation services, information and document provision services in conjunction with schools in the province to educate the young generations about the ideology and morality of Hai Duong province, thereby inspiring love for the homeland in today's youth.
