Secondly: accurately assessing the current situation and needs regarding the provision of storage services will help storage managers evaluate the situation correctly and propose appropriate solutions to promote and encourage the development of storage services.
Thirdly: To help agencies and units understand the role and importance of archival work and the necessity of organizing and providing archival services in the unified management and scientific organization of the effective exploitation and use of archival documents to serve the socio-economic development of the locality.
Fourth: to help enhance the standing of the archiving industry in general and archivists in particular.
Fifth: the proposals in this thesis can be used to advise and recommend to competent state agencies the issuance and implementation of policies and laws on archival work.

Based on future research findings, if given the opportunity, the author will continue to research the organization of archival services with diverse service types such as storage and transportation services, information and document provision services, in collaboration with schools in the province to educate young generations about ethics, ideology, and the traditions of Hai Duong province, thereby fostering love for the homeland among today's youth.
